Refunds & Returns

We want you to love your Otis and the Wolf products as much as we do, but we understand that sometimes a product doesn't quite fit the bill.

We are happy to accept returns within 14 days of receipt as long as the goods are unused, in their original packaging and in a fully resalable condition.

I would like to return an item, what should I do?

If you would like to return your item(s) for an exchange or refund please contact us via our email address: info@otisandthewolf.co.uk within 14 days of receipt

Let us know in your email the reason for your return and what you would like to exchange for including style and size if you wish to do so.

We will get back to you ASAP with the return instructions. 

Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive any faulty items, please contact us immediately via our email address info@otisandthewolf.co.uk along with photo evidence of the damage.

We will send you a replacement if available, otherwise a refund will be issued.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
